Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of HirePipe. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using HirePipe's scraping, enrichment, campaign automation, and reporting features, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

1. Description of Service

HirePipe is a business software platform for recruiters and staffing agencies. The service helps users identify hiring signals from public job postings, extract and enrich professional contact data, send personalized outreach emails, and manage campaign activity inside a hosted application.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You may use HirePipe only on behalf of a business or professional organization and only if you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use and Compliance Responsibilities

You must use HirePipe lawfully and responsibly. You are solely responsible for determining whether your sourcing, scraping, contact enrichment, and outbound email practices comply with all laws, regulations, industry rules, and third-party platform terms that apply to your use case.

Without limiting the above, you are responsible for compliance with:

  • the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and any similar privacy, anti-spam, marketing, or data protection laws that apply to you or your recipients;
  • LinkedIn's terms of service, acceptable use policies, automation restrictions, and any rules of the websites or systems from which you access data; and
  • your own contractual obligations, privacy notices, consent practices, and lawful-basis requirements.
HirePipe provides software tooling only. HirePipe does not provide legal advice, does not review or approve your campaigns, and does not guarantee that any use of the service is compliant. You are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, GDPR, and similar requirements.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use HirePipe to:

  • send spam, deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful communications;
  • impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent your identity, or falsify sender information;
  • scrape, access, or extract data in violation of applicable law, court order, or third-party terms;
  • collect sensitive personal data or use the service for employment, credit, insurance, housing, healthcare, or other regulated decisions without all required legal permissions;
  • upload malicious code, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or attempt unauthorized access to HirePipe systems; or
  • use the service in a way that could harm HirePipe, its infrastructure, or other users.

5. Customer Data

As between the parties, you retain control of the data, prospect lists, email content, campaign settings, and other materials you submit to or generate through the service. You authorize HirePipe to host, process, transmit, and display that data solely as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

6. Fees, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring subscription basis unless otherwise stated in an order form. You authorize HirePipe and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for all fees, taxes, and renewal charges.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and partial billing periods are not prorated.
  • We may suspend or downgrade access if payment is overdue.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. HirePipe may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, failed to pay amounts due, or used the service in a manner that could harm HirePipe or others.

8. Disclaimers

HirePipe is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or legally suitable for your specific workflow, industry, or jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HirePipe and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the service.

HirePipe's total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to HirePipe in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The state or federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service, and each party consents to those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If you continue using the service after the revised Terms become effective, you agree to the updated Terms.
